At Chapter Chapter, all our products are handmade with care. Please note that all sales are final. Items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
1. Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will inspect the issue and, if verified, provide either:

A replacement of the same item, or

A full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

All other items, including custom or personalized orders, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
